Abstract

Our approach focuses on time, extending our interest to everything, without taking even a moment of pause, to delve into ourselves and make a real change through self-perception. The more we predispose ourselves to live in the present, the more we qualify our time immeasurably. Time does not stop, but allows us to be aware of our choices in a harmonious, fluid and productive way. Thus we can observe the rhythm of acceleration or deceleration of the movement, which leads us to feel a state of comfort or un comfort in the action. And when we internalize and calm our emotions, whether through breathing or meditation. The arts are also a tool that allows us to immerse ourselves in our interior. As professor Fernando José Pereira of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, Portugal, relates, "temporality and decisions about time, the structural condition of humans, thus become one of the most important political elements for artistic practices.
