Abstract

Art is involved within the community of interests in which it lives. It is related to other disciplines, other methodologies of knowledge and conversation with reality, in which art marks a differentiating line by providing the artists' perspective on the subject, even if it is not a specific subject of art. This article shows how research for teaching and research as artistic practice come together in a transversal line of knowledge: that of the approach of the gender perspective applied to contemporary drawing, because it has detected and contrasted that there are particularities in this discipline in this regard.
