A practical activity to work and show processes related to artwork creation in a context of future teachers training

Abstract

This research in artistic education proposes the realization of collections as a training activity. It intends to show some processes related to artwork creation. The proposal facilitates its approach and understanding; starting with the adoption of initial criteria, and working with open processes, it flees from pursuing specific results. At the same time, it involves the maintenance of a methodological commitment that conditions the formalization of the results. The work shows the results after being proposed to Arts and Visual Arts students of the Faculty of Education in the University of Barcelona; it generates a wide space of possibilities where the author builds an intent of classification. This is one of the many options generated from a process based on intuition and challenge.
