Abstract

This article addresses the processes of spatial cognition through bodily experience and activation. Creative processes through the production and viewing of immersive videos activate bodily use and spatial understanding. Through visuospatial ability and individual experience there is a creative process in the design of the virtual environment. A practice is proposed for the development of immersive videos in space through experience. The practice can be applied to different educational levels but it is presented and analyzed carried out at university environment from an action research methodology. It shows how through immersive recording with three hundred and sixty degree cameras a bodily activation linked to the processes is achieved. This research discovers practical applications of immersive creation to help students understand the space around them.
